Complete line scope
A Kingwood line is a wet-feed process built to handle high-moisture biomass: crushing → coarse grinding → drying → fine grinding → pelletizing → cooling → packaging. Lines are fully automated and enclosed, with integrated dust removal, and are designed up to 200,000 tonnes per year.
Auxiliary equipment manufactured in-house: hammer mill, drum chipper, drum dryer, counter-flow cooler, pellet packaging machine.
Accepted feedstock includes sawdust, wood chip, thinning waste, agricultural and forestry residues, OSB and panel mill residues, demolition waste and branch wood.
Delivery models

Yes. Kingwood delivered a 10 t/h line in Malaysia in 2025 running on oriented strand board (OSB) mill residues. The wet-feed process — crushing, coarse grinding, drying, fine grinding, pelletizing — handles high-moisture and mixed-size wood industry residues without pre-drying by the customer.
